Integrative Somatic Therapy

Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP™) is informed by research and decades of experience. Developed by body psychotherapist Ratha Chek, ISTP™ uniquely integrates neuroscience, restorative yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, bodywork, resilience enhancement, sound, movement, and body-oriented processing. ISTP™ invites clients through a one of a kind process that connects their mind and body, so that they can let go of what no longer serves them and begin deep healing.

This therapy doesn’t require talking about your trauma. Instead, it focuses on healing through your body. By releasing what is stored deep within the body, you can heal without having to relive the past.

Releasing this stored energy from the body not only helps clients to experience healing from an emotional and psychological standpoint, but it can also relieve physical pain experienced in the body. Clients report experiencing increased creativity, clarity of thought, new perspective, more resiliency, and readiness to make changes in their life after working with Brandon.

Ashley Hayek

“I healed and shifted things not only from this lifetime, but past lifetimes as well. This is only my second session and dramatic shifts have already happened in my life. I didn’t even know what Integrative Somatic Therapy was and
now I can see it has given me some of the deepest and most profound healing in my life”.

Kirby Freeman

“My experience was deeply connecting. I feel seen, heard, and safe in this container. Facilitation was on
point with just the right amount of guidance, bringing me to a very deep sacred space. I have deep
gratitude for this session”.

Andy Heslop

As I became extremely relaxed, time almost ceased to exist as I was in a dream like inner state. Honestly
I thought the whole emotions coming up thing was nonsense until it happened to me. I experienced
tears of joy as a feeling of acceptance and release of the past washed over me.
